Effort and good work actually pays off. Kimani Hunt isn't just any ordinary
basketball player. At Davidson Country Community College, Hunt is a perfect
role model. Aside of being a skilled player, he is an academic champion. Many
of us complain how time isn't enough and trying to find balance is quite
difficult, but if Hunt can manage to stay at a 3.692 grade point average and
still do so well on the court, so can we.
Hunt in fact began to attract attention. Some recruiters from the University of Northwestern Ohio offered him a full scholarship there to play. He also tutored other players when it came to academic work. Kimani Hunt now hopes to pursue the career of sport management.
